Summary:
In the role of Program or Project Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery of business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This includes utilizing established tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure that service level agreements are effectively delivered, monitored, and controlled. The role requires continuous coordination and alignment with various stakeholders to maintain project progress and address any challenges that arise, ensuring successful execution and fulfillment of project objectives within the defined scope and timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain adherence to schedules and quality standards.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment to enhance overall team performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Bizagi Modeler.
- Strong understanding of process modeling and workflow automation concepts.
- Experience in applying project management methodologies and tools to support program delivery.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective technology solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to monitor and control service level agreements ensuring compliance with agreed standards.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Bizagi Modeler.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
