Job Title: Group Manager - Project Management (Project Manager)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support and drive a high-impact enterprise transformation programme across multiple geographies and business functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong project governance, PMO, and stakeholder management expertise, with the ability to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams and senior leadership stakeholders in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project activities within large-scale transformation programmes.
• Drive project governance, planning, tracking, reporting, and execution oversight.
• Engage and collaborate with business, technology, operations, and leadership stakeholders across global locations.
• Facilitate governance meetings, workshops, steering committee reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items through effective RAID management.
• Own and maintain project documentation, version control, and knowledge repositories.
• Develop and manage playbooks, templates, lessons learned documentation, best practices, and governance artefacts.
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of project actions and deliverables.
• Support PMO leadership in driving programme objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Leverage technology, automation, and Gen AI tools to improve project delivery efficiency.

Mandatory Skills:

• 8-12 years of Project Management / PMO experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive engagement experience (Mandatory).
• Proven ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders across functions, geographies, and multiple time zones.
• Experience in project governance, reporting, risk management, issue tracking, and dependency management.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Veeva (Documentation Management)
  • SharePoint
• Experience managing:
  • Document Configuration Management
  • Playbooks
  • Templates
  • Lessons Learned
  • RAID Logs
  • Best Practice Repositories
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and evolving project environments.

• Pharma / Life Sciences industry experience.
