Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Python + Generative AI Full Stack Engineer with 8–10 years of professional experience in software engineering, specializing in machine learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and generative AI technologies.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python-based front-end and back-end development, end-to-end AI/ML solution design, and large-scale model development and deployment. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, architectural expertise, and hands-on experience with modern Generative AI tools, frameworks, and cloud-based AI solutions.
The engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications while collaborating with data scientists, product teams, and engineering stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable AI-driven applications using Python and modern front-end technologies.
2. Architect and implement full-stack solutions integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI capabilities.
3. Build, fine-tune, and deploy large language models using platforms and frameworks such as OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers, and similar technologies.
4. Collaborate with data scientists, product teams, and business stakeholders to define AI use cases, prototypes, and production-grade solutions.
5. Develop APIs and microservices to enable LLM-powered features within enterprise applications.
6. Manage the complete model lifecycle, including training, evaluation, versioning, deployment, and monitoring.
7. Implement best practices for data preprocessing, embeddings, vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and prompt engineering.
8. Ensure performance, scalability, security, and reliability of AI applications.
9. Stay updated with emerging Generative AI trends, research developments, and AI/ML ecosystem advancements.
10. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical documentation and architecture planning.

Professional & Technical Skills:
1. 10 years of experience in software engineering with strong expertise in Python and AI/ML application development.
2. Strong programming skills in Python with hands-on experience in frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, and Django.
3. Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Vue.js.
4. Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, model training, feature engineering, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
5. Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies including OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
6. Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and vector stores such as FAISS and Pinecone.
7. Experience fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) and integrating AI models into enterprise applications.
8. Experience with DevOps and deployment technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, REST APIs, and Git.
9. Strong knowledge of data technologies including Pandas, NumPy, SQL, NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis), and data pipelines.
10. Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for AI model training, deployment, and scalable infrastructure.
11. Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Weights & Biases, or similar platforms for model tracking, monitoring, and experimentation.
12. Strong understanding of software development best practices including Agile methodologies, unit testing, Test-Driven Development (TDD), version control, and architectural design patterns.

Additional Information:
1. The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Python, AI/ML Application Development, and Generative AI Solutions.
2. This position is based at the Hyderabad office.
3. A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
