Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and professional Banking and Financial Services Support specialist to join our team in Hyderabad, India. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to our banking and financial services operations, ensuring exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance. You will be instrumental in supporting our clients and internal teams by handling a variety of banking transactions, inquiries, and administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism.

• Provide responsive customer support for banking and financial services inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Process customer transactions, account inquiries, and service requests with accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist customers with account opening, maintenance, and closure procedures
• Maintain organized and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
• Identify and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures in all daily operations
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate seamless service delivery and issue resolution
• Handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and security
• Perform data entry tasks with precision and verify information for accuracy
• Support the onboarding process for new customers and products
• Monitor account activities and flag any unusual transactions or concerns
• Contribute to team efficiency by managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively

Qualifications

**Required Skills and Experience:**

• Proven customer service experience in banking or financial services (minimum 1-3 years)
• Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and financial concepts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in data entry with demonstrated accuracy
• Ability to analyze and resolve customer issues effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Familiarity with banking software systems and Microsoft Office applications

**Preferred Skills and Experience:**

• Experience with banking transaction processing systems
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Experience in a customer-facing role within the financial services industry
