IT Digital Solutions AI Engineer
Role Summary The AI & Microsoft Copilot Solutions Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered solutions across the enterprise. The role focuses on driving digital transformation through automation, intelligent workflows, secure data integration, user enablement, governance, and continuous innovation within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Key Responsibilities 1. Copilot Solution Development Design, develop, and maintain customized Microsoft Copilot solutions and integrations within the Microsoft 365 environment. Build AI-powered solutions that improve productivity, streamline business processes, and deliver measurable business value. 2. AI Platform Implementation Deploy, configure, and optimize Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI services across the organization. Ensure seamless integration with existing workplace applications and business workflows. 3. Customization & Automation Develop custom applications, automations, and workflows using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph, and Azure AI services. Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency. 4. Data Integration & Management Integrate Copilot with enterprise data sources, business applications, and knowledge repositories. Ensure secure, compliant, and effective use of organizational data within AI solutions.Job role
