M 365 Admin Technical Lead-Cloud & Infra Engg

• 7+ years of infrastructure, platform, or systems engineering experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 engineering and administration experience.
• Extensive experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 services, including:
• Exchange Online.
• Microsoft Teams.
• SharePoint Online.
• OneDrive for Business.
• Microsoft Power Platform.
• Microsoft Entra ID.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 tenant administration, licensing, user lifecycle management, and governance.
• Experience administering Exchange Online, including mail routing, transport rules, retention policies, and messaging security.
• Experience managing Microsoft Teams policies, governance, collaboration services, and user enablement.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID, including:
• Hybrid Identity.
• Conditional Access.
• Multifactor Authentication (MFA).
• Identity Governance.
• Group and Access Management.
• Experience implementing and supporting Microsoft security and compliance capabilities, including:
• Microsoft Purview.
• Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
• Sensitivity Labels.
• Information Protection.
• Retention and eDiscovery solutions.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Experience leveraging Microsoft Graph API and automation frameworks to support platform administration and reporting.
• Experience integrating Microsoft 365 services with Active Directory and hybrid identity environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills within large-scale Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 environments with high availability and security requirements.
• Working knowledge of version control systems such as Git and GitHub.
