The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards to ensure the solution remains stable, performs efficiently, and aligns with both business requirements and vendor limitations. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive the evolution of the platform and address emerging challenges is a key aspect of daily responsibilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Strong knowledge of configuration management principles and best practices within ServiceNow environments.
- Experience in managing integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable platform standards.
- Familiarity with release management processes and tools to ensure smooth deployment cycles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective technical solutions.
