Senior Learning Partner Job Summary

As a Senior Learning Partner, you will play a key role in enabling associate success by designing, coordinating, and delivering impactful onboarding, learning, and employee engagement experiences across India and international teams. You will partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, learning teams, and other stakeholders to understand learning needs and translate them into effective programs and experiences.

In addition to learning and onboarding, you will support employee volunteering and engagement initiatives, collaborating with Oracle Volunteers, NGOs, community partners, and internal stakeholders to create meaningful opportunities for associates to participate and contribute. This role requires strong facilitation, program management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and collaboration skills within a global and culturally diverse environment.

Responsibilities

Learning and Onboarding

  • Lead, coordinate, and facilitate GSSS onboarding and learning sessions for associates across India and international teams.
  • Deliver engaging and effective learning experiences that enable new associates to understand the organization, their teams, key processes, available resources, and expectations.
  • Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, learning teams, and other stakeholders to understand learning requirements and identify opportunities to strengthen associate capabilities.
  • Adapt learning approaches and content to meet the needs of different audiences, business groups, geographies, and experience levels.
  • Manage end-to-end learning program coordination, including scheduling, participant communication, facilitator alignment, learning materials, logistics, and follow-up.
  • Gather learner and stakeholder feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of onboarding materials, learning resources, facilitator guides, presentations, and other supporting content.
  • Promote a consistent and inclusive learning experience across geographically distributed teams.

Learning Partnership and Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a trusted learning partner to business teams by developing an understanding of organizational priorities, associate needs, and capability requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, managers, associates, subject matter experts, facilitators, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across India and international locations to align learning initiatives with business and associate development needs.
  • Proactively identify learning and engagement opportunities and recommend practical solutions that enhance the associate experience.
  • Manage multiple programs and stakeholder relationships simultaneously while maintaining quality, timelines, and effective communication.
  • Provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders on learning initiatives, participation, outcomes, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Demonstrate cultural awareness and adaptability when working with geographically dispersed and diverse teams.

Employee Engagement and Oracle Volunteering

  • Plan, coordinate, and support Oracle Volunteering initiatives for GSSS associates, with a focus on increasing associate awareness, participation, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Oracle Volunteers, NGOs, community organizations, internal teams, and other stakeholders to plan and execute volunteering activities.
  • Coordinate key aspects of volunteering programs, including event planning, associate communication, registrations, schedules, logistics, stakeholder alignment, and post-event follow-up.
  • Build productive working relationships with internal and external volunteering stakeholders to support effective and meaningful community initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to increase associate participation and strengthen awareness of volunteering programs.
  • Support communication of volunteering achievements, associate contributions, and community impact across appropriate internal channels.
  • Ensure volunteering activities are coordinated professionally and in alignment with applicable organizational processes and guidelines.

Communications and Content Development

  • Develop and coordinate engaging content to support learning, onboarding, volunteering, and associate engagement initiatives.
  • Contribute content for newsletters and other internal communication channels highlighting volunteering opportunities, events, associate participation, achievements, and impact.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop creative engagement activities such as crosswords, quizzes, knowledge activities, and other interactive content.
  • Create clear, concise, inclusive, and audience-appropriate communications for associates and stakeholders across different geographies.
  • Support storytelling around learning and volunteering initiatives to increase awareness and encourage broader associate participation.
  • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality across learning and engagement communications.
