Summary:
As a Technology Educator, a typical day involves actively engaging with technology professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they remain current with evolving industry trends. This role includes delivering comprehensive training sessions that cover foundational technology concepts, professional growth, and industry-relevant content. The position also involves collaborating on the development of educational materials and assessment tools, contributing to the continuous improvement of learning programs. The Technology Educator plays a vital role in fostering a culture of learning and development within the organization, supporting talent growth and adaptability in a dynamic technological landscape.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to identify skill gaps and design targeted training interventions.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices and innovation.
- Support junior professionals by mentoring and guiding their development.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Architecture Design.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks, principles, and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing secure system architectures.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Security Architecture Design.
- This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
