Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves leading comprehensive assessments of the current business environment to uncover opportunities that deliver measurable value to clients. This role requires defining high-level customer requirements and designing the necessary business solutions and frameworks to support these opportunities. The Business Architect also develops detailed business cases that align with the strategic vision, ensuring that proposed initiatives are viable and impactful. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align business objectives and drive transformation is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must have AI related work experience
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire ClaimCenter.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex business concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience in developing business cases and strategic plans that support organizational objectives.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive consensus and achieve results.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and negotiation to facilitate successful project outcomes.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
