Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes to support organizational goals. This role requires creating comprehensive documentation that serves as a blueprint for implementing new processes and technologies. The professional collaborates closely with various business units to define product requirements and develop use cases that align with process and functional needs. Additionally, the role includes participating in detailed user and task analysis to accurately represent and address business demands, ensuring that solutions are well-integrated and effective across the enterprise.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of process frameworks to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and knowledge sharing to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong expertise in financial process design and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in mapping and modeling business processes to support system implementations.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and technology adoption.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and sustainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our BBDC1A - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education including CA, CMA, MBA Finance, PG MBA, or MCom is required.
