Relationship Manager-NETC-Fastag-B2B-Marketing Branches Operations
A Relationship Manager for FASTag and Commercial at Kotak Mahindra Bank drives digital toll-collection adoption, manages commercial client portfolios, and handles branch-level operational tasks. Candidates typically need 1 to 5 years of banking or sales experience, blending client acquisition with service execution.
Key Responsibilities
- FASTag Marketing: Promote and drive adoption of NETC FASTag products among commercial vehicle owners, fleet operators, and walk-in branch clients.
- Portfolio Management: Handle commercial vehicle (CV) segment accounts, dealer relationships, and client service portfolios.
- Branch Coordination: Work with internal branch teams to execute seamless FASTag issuance, tagging, and lifecycle requests.
- Cross-Selling: Pitch secondary bank offerings, asset products, and liability solutions to commercial clients.
- Customer Service & Resolution: Resolve client queries, manage account service requests, and maintain low customer attrition rates. Requirements & Skills
