Summary:
As a Cloud Operations Administrator, a typical day involves collaborating closely with the Service Delivery Manager to oversee capacity management, ensuring that cloud resources are efficiently allocated and utilized. The role includes managing billing and show back operations to maintain transparency and accuracy in cloud expenditure. Additionally, the position focuses on identifying opportunities for cost optimization across various cloud environments, requiring continuous monitoring and analysis to support organizational goals and maintain operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Monitor cloud resource usage and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of cloud operational policies and procedures.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure IaaS.
- Experience with cloud resource monitoring and management tools.
- Strong understanding of cloud cost management and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with capacity planning and billing processes in cloud environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure issues efficiently.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure IaaS.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
