Summary:
As an LLM Operations Engineer, a typical day involves leveraging cloud-native platforms and tools to deploy large language models in a scalable and efficient manner. The role requires continuous monitoring of model performance to identify and resolve operational issues promptly. Ensuring that all AI operations adhere to established compliance and security protocols is a key aspect of daily activities. Collaboration with various teams to maintain smooth functioning and optimize the deployment environment is also an integral part of the workday, fostering a proactive approach to managing AI systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline deployment processes and improve operational workflows.
- Maintain detailed documentation of operational procedures and incident resolutions to support knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their understanding of LLM operations.
- Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to enhance system reliability and efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Agentic AI.
- Strong experience with cloud-native services and infrastructure for deploying and managing AI models.
- Ability to monitor and analyze model performance metrics to ensure optimal operation.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks and security best practices relevant to AI systems.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to support operational tasks.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI deployments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
