Customer Assistance Manager_Loan Against Property-Hardship Assistance Unit_Delhi
- Manage customer assistance related to Loan Against Property products. - Handle hardship assistance cases ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance. - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively. - Maintain records and documentation related to customer assistance. - Work closely with financial services teams to support loan-related queries. - Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. - Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding their loan status. - Support the Hardship Assistance Unit in managing difficult customer situations. - Facilitate communication between customers and the organization to improve service delivery. - Monitor and report on customer assistance activities to management.Job role
