Collections Manager_Prime Vishwaas -Collection_Noida
- Responsible for managing and overseeing the collections process to ensure timely recovery of dues. - Leading a team to achieve collection targets and maintain healthy cash flow. - Coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve collection issues. - Monitoring collection metrics and preparing reports for senior management. - Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to collections. - Driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of collections. - Handling escalations and customer grievances related to collections. - Collaborating with sales and credit teams to manage risk and optimize collections.Job role
