Role Overview
We are looking for energetic Telesales Executive to engage with customers over calls, understand their requirements, and generate qualified leads for Business Loans, Machinery Loans, Gold Loans, and Fixed Deposit (FD) products.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and handle inbound calls to prospective customers
Explain and pitch
Business Loans
Machinery Loans
Gold Loans
Fixed Deposit (FD) products
Understand customer requirements and capture intent
Collect and verify basic details and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead closure
Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and follow-ups
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead targets
