We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

The 3M team (Migrate, Manage, Modernize) is redefining enterprise cloud adoption. Our team leads Google Cloud’s migration and modernization products, shifting the industry from legacy lift-and-shift approaches to AI-motivated, agentic transformation of customer workloads. By leveraging generative Artificial Intelligence (AI), we build intelligent systems that assess, modernize, and deploy enterprise workloads from on-premises or other clouds directly to modern, cloud-native architectures.

In this role, you will lead zero-to-one AI product initiatives, directly shaping how global enterprises adopt Google Cloud.
