• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on government or public sector business.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in the government domain.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with market research and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
• Experience with agile product development methodologies is preferred.
