Job Description

• Designing and developing plumbing system layouts with team of draftsman, including pipe sizing and equipment selection calculations with experience preferred in Airport projects.
• Preparing detailed plumbing construction documents, DBR, Boq, Specifications, and material schedules.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, client & contractors to ensure the successful implementation of plumbing systems.
• Conducting site visits to evaluate existing plumbing systems and identify potential issues or improvements as per project requirements.
• Providing technical support and guidance to project site teams throughout the construction process.
• Staying up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to plumbing & fire fighting system design.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any plumbing system issues that arise during construction or operation of existing delivered project.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/civil engineering or a related field with 6+ years of experience or Diploma in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or a related field with 6+ years of experience.

• Proven experience in plumbing & firefighting system design for construction projects.
• Proficiency in plumbing design software, such as AutoCAD or Revit review.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing & firefighting system standards, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
