Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall testing lifecycle by integrating advanced tools and methodologies that ensure precision and reliability. The position requires driving innovation in testing strategies, fostering continuous improvement, and implementing intelligent automation solutions that elevate the quality and predictability of software delivery across projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of best practices in test automation and quality engineering to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and support junior team members to develop their skills and contribute to project goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align testing efforts with overall project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools relevant to ServiceNow environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop innovative testing solutions that enhance quality and reduce manual effort.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation technologies to support scalable test automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on improving testing accuracy and efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
