Job Description

PMO-AM

We are recruiting for an Assistant Manager(AM) in KIG Team. Working as an AM, your responsibilities will include:

 
•Manage multiple projects and transformation initiatives, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives, timelines, and business outcomes.
•Own and maintain centralized project data, reporting, governance logs, and project documentation.
•Partner with sponsors, business leads, SMEs, and project teams to identify, assess, and deliver process improvement and change initiatives.
•Develop and maintain project plans, tracking progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and actions.
•Lead stakeholder engagement and communication across global teams, ensuring alignment and timely decision-making.
•Coordinate governance forums, meeting cadences, workshops, and executive reporting.
•Prepare impactful presentations, newsletters, and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
•Capture meeting outcomes, decisions, and actions, maintaining accurate records and follow-through.
•Design and document Target Operating Models (TOMs), process maps, policies, procedures, and end-to-end workflows.
•Drive continuous improvement by gathering stakeholder feedback, identifying capability gaps, and supporting training initiatives.
•Collaborate with technology teams to manage reporting enhancements and ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timely updates

MBA/Graduate in any stream

Professional Project Management qualification (PMO), Certified Project Manager (Prince2, PMP or equivalent) preferred

Work experience

7+ years of relevant experience with a Big4 or similar organization in a client facing environment working with corporate and/or international clients
