Ensure alignment with business requirements including process analysis, design/re-design and/or organization structure definition.

Summary:
As a Business Function Implementation Lead, a typical day involves orchestrating and overseeing the comprehensive execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of a designated business function. This role requires coordinating various activities from initial planning through to completion, ensuring that all efforts are aligned with the overarching business objectives. The position demands continuous engagement with multiple stakeholders to analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and guide the redesign or restructuring efforts to optimize performance across the entire function. The lead also monitors progress and adapts strategies to meet evolving business needs, fostering a collaborative environment to drive successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of business function improvements.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to enhance their understanding of business processes.
- Continuously monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely and quality execution.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infor LN for Discrete Manufacturing.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Experience in managing end-to-end implementation projects within manufacturing or related industries.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable plans and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Infor LN for Discrete Manufacturing.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
