- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for effective application design.
- Maintain documentation related to application configurations and development processes to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and understanding.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Contact Center Technology Implementation.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and application configuration techniques.
- Experience in integrating contact center solutions with existing business systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to contact center applications.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation tools to streamline implementation processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Contact Center Technology Implementation.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
