Role Summary
Lead the development of automation solutions supporting Cybersecurity platforms and processes. Design scalable integrations, workflows, and reporting capabilities using Python, Azure, APIs, GitHub, and ServiceNow to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Key Responsibilities
Automation & Engineering
Design and develop automation solutions using Python and Azure.
Build API integrations across cybersecurity and enterprise platforms.
Automate workflows, reporting, data collection, and operational processes.
Develop reusable automation frameworks and cloud-native solutions.
Support CI/CD pipelines and platform integrations.
Platform Integration & Reporting
Integrate ServiceNow, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and other enterprise tools.
Automate dashboards, metrics, and operational reporting.
Develop data aggregation and synchronization solutions across platforms.
Leadership & Collaboration
Lead automation initiatives and technical projects.
Mentor team members on automation and engineering best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement automation opportunities.
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
10+ years of experience in Automation Engineering, Software Engineering, DevOps, or related fields.
Strong Python development and automation expertise.
Experience with REST APIs, Azure, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow.
Experience building integrations, workflows, and automation frameworks.
Knowledge of CI/CD practices and cloud-based solutions.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Cybersecurity Exposure
Experience supporting cybersecurity or enterprise technology teams through automation solutions.
Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and processes.
Preferred Qualifications
BE/BTech in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Experience with Power BI, Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies.
Azure or automation-related certifications.
Exposure to cybersecurity tools and platforms is a plus.
Leadership Competencies
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to lead large-scale automation initiatives.
Strong technical leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
Key Technologies: Python, Azure, REST APIs, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Power BI, Terraform, CI/CD, Cloud Automation.
