What would you do? We help clients address quality and productivity issues, keep pace with customer expectations, navigate regulatory and operational pressures and ensure business sustainability by transforming their banking operations into an agile, resilient operating model. A process by which a company (mortgage bank, servicing firm, etc.) collects interest, principal and escrow payments from a borrower. This includes sending monthly payment statements and collecting monthly payments, maintaining records of payments and balances, collecting and paying taxes and insurance (and managing escrow and impound funds), remitting funds to the note holder, and following up on delinquencies.
What are we looking for? Required resources for US commercial Real Estate, Commercial Lending, commercial servicing process. 100% RTO and US Shift timing.
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems • Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture • You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
