Assistant Manager-Sales -WWS & CBS

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the sales team to identify customer needs and qualify opportunities.
  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions.
  • Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate products, solutions, and services.
  • Prepare technical proposals, bids, quotations, and tender responses.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support and assist with solution design and implementation planning.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to address customer requirements.
  • Deliver technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions for customers and internal teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Support customer relationship development and contribute to successful deal closure..

Qualifications:


Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical

Proven experience in technical sales, sales engineering, solution consulting, or a similar customer-facing role.

Willingness to travel as required.
