Performance Strategy & Architecture
•    Define and implement enterprise-wide Performance Testing and Engineering frameworks.
•    Establish performance benchmarks, KPIs, SLAs, and NFRs.
•    Design end-to-end performance testing strategies for complex, large-scale applications.
•    Review application architecture and identify performance risks during the SDLC lifecycle.
•    Provide recommendations for performance optimization and scalability improvements.
Performance Testing & Engineering
•    Design and execute: 
o    Load Testing
o    Stress Testing
o    Volume Testing
o    Endurance/Soak Testing
o    Spike Testing
o    Scalability Testing
o    Capacity Testing
•    Develop reusable performance testing frameworks and scripts.
•    Create realistic workload models and user behavior simulations.
•    Analyze performance test results and provide detailed bottleneck analysis.
Monitoring & Troubleshooting
•    Conduct root cause analysis of application performance issues.
•    Analyze: 
o    CPU utilization
o    Memory consumption
o    Thread behavior
o    Network latency
o    Database performance
o    JVM metrics
•    Collaborate with development, infrastructure, DBA, and DevOps teams to resolve performance issues.
•    Provide tuning recommendations for applications, middleware, databases, and infrastructure.
