Informatica PC_IICS Support_JL5
& responsibilities • Provide L3 application support for Informatica PC and IICS related ETL jobs. • Monitor batch jobs, workflow and data loads; identify and resolve failures within SLA. • Analyze issues related to data discrepancies, performance and job failure. • Perform root cause analysis and provide permanent fixes. • Coordinate with development, DBA and Admin teams for issue resolution. • Handle production incident, service request and change deployments. • Support releases, patching and migration activities. • Provide status updates and participate in on-call/shift-based support as required.Job role
