Requirements

• Experience : 7.5+ years
• Relevant professional experience with strong hands-on experience in survey platforms and operations.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Qualtrics.
• Proven experience building and configuring complex surveys within Qualtrics.
• Strong knowledge of Survey Flow, Branch Logic, Display Logic, Skip Logic, Embedded Data, and Validation Rules.
• Hands-on experience with Qualtrics workflows, notifications, and automated actions.
• Experience customizing survey themes, styling, layouts, and user experience.
• Strong experience managing multilingual surveys and translation updates.
• Proven experience in functional testing, UX testing, workflow validation, and survey logic testing.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex survey configuration, workflow, and production issues.
• Experience managing survey versions, corrections, enhancements, and post-launch fixes.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on survey quality, accuracy, and production readiness.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as a hands-on individual contributor.
• Qualtrics certifications or advanced platform training are desirable.
• Experience with Qualtrics XM, Customer Experience, or Employee Experience solutions is an advantage.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, or CSS for advanced Qualtrics customization is desirable.
• Experience with survey integrations, APIs, dashboards, or data exports is an advantage.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and multilingual survey programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and maintain surveys within the Qualtrics platform.
• Configure complex survey logic, including branching, display logic, skip logic, validation rules, embedded data, and survey flows.
• Configure and manage Qualtrics workflows, notifications, and automated actions.
• Customize survey layouts, styling, themes, and user experience based on business requirements.
• Perform survey updates, corrections, enhancements, and version management.
• Execute comprehensive functional, UX, workflow, and survey logic testing before deployment.
• Troubleshoot survey configuration, logic, workflow, display, and user experience issues.
• Manage multilingual surveys and translation updates across supported languages.
• Coordinate translation changes and ensure translated content is accurately reflected across survey versions.
• Perform quality checks to validate survey content, logic, translations, workflows, and configurations before launch.
• Support survey deployment, launch readiness, and production activities.
• Investigate and resolve post-launch survey issues and defects.
• Work closely with business, research, marketing, customer experience, and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into Qualtrics configurations.
• Maintain survey documentation, configuration details, version history, and change records.
• Ensure adherence to survey governance, quality standards, and operational processes.
• Work independently as a hands-on individual contributor while managing end-to-end survey operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
