Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. This includes adapting features to enhance functionality, managing software releases to ensure smooth deployment, and maintaining system stability to provide reliable service. The role requires working with standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while ensuring compatibility and optimal performance across the system landscape. Collaboration and continuous monitoring are integral parts of daily activities to uphold service quality and responsiveness.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance application performance and user experience.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely resolution of issues.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sitecore.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js, Sitecore MVC, Microsoft Front End Development (FED) NextJS.
- Strong understanding of web content management systems and their integration within enterprise environments.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SaaS applications to meet specific business needs.
- Familiarity with APIs and low-code platforms to extend application capabilities and streamline workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system reliability and performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Sitecore.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
