Summary:
As a Sales Management Practitioner, a typical day involves collaborating closely with leadership teams and customer account leaders to execute and advance the sales plan. This role requires active engagement in strategizing and coordinating efforts to expand the sales team and drive growth within the assigned customer group, market unit, or service area. The position demands continuous interaction with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and to foster a productive environment that supports sales objectives and team development.

- Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to support sales objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Software Product Management.
- Strong capability in strategic planning and execution within sales environments.
- Experience in managing and growing sales teams effectively.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Competence in coordinating with leadership and operational teams to align sales goals.
