SBU Head - Finance Control & Legal
Responsibilities
| 1. Drive annual/phase budgets, rolling forecasts and cashflow plans track variances and corrective actions. |
| 2. Run cost-to-complete and contingency governance with PMO/Projects flag overruns early. |
| 3. Ensure DOA-based payment controls, certifications and documentation for audit-ready processing. |
| 4. Maintain SAP/WBS/CTC discipline, cost coding integrity and financial MIS for governance forums. |
| 5. Review legal terms for key contracts and changes support notices, claims and dispute prevention strategy. |
| 6. Oversee statutory financial compliance and coordinate audits close observations with evidence trails. |
| 7. Support sales/CRM on financial compliance for demand letters, collections and registrations as required. |
| 8. Maintain risk register for financial/legal exposures and drive mitigation actions with owners. |
Qualifications
| Qualifications | |
| Essential | CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / B.Com from a recognized Indian institution; qualification to match role seniority. |
| Desirable/Preferable | CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) with exposure to real estate, project finance or treasury systems. |

| Qualitative aspects | Should combine strong control orientation with commercial understanding. Exposure to multi-project, capex-intensive businesses is preferred. |
