Role Summary
Clean Harbors is seeking a highly skilled, business-oriented Senior Associate to drive excellence across the Centralized Quoting 
function. Acting as the critical bridge between the Hyderabad GCC and the US business teams, the role owns delivery of accurate, 
high-quality and timely quotations, and serves as subject matter expert across multiple quoting portfolios — accountable for 
business continuity, process standardization, transition and knowledge management, stakeholder engagement, reporting, 
continuous improvement, and mentoring of team members.

Process: Centralized Quoting (CCS & CQ) 
Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST / as per business

Quoting Operations & Process Governance 
• Support end-to-end quote creation and review across Central Customer Service, Central Quoting and other assigned 
portfolios. 
• Serve as functional SME for quoting processes, ensuring compliance with business requirements, pricing standards and 
operational procedures. 
• Identify process risks, bottlenecks and operational gaps, and drive corrective action proactively. 
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, safety requirements and operational controls. 
Training & Capability Development 
• Mentor quoting associates and build capability through onboarding, cross-training and knowledge-sharing initiatives. 
• Act as the escalation point for complex quoting and customer requirements. 
Stakeholder Management 
• Partner with Pricing, Sales, Customer Service, Operations and Business Leadership to ensure effective service delivery and 
stakeholder alignment. 
• Communicate performance updates, risks and improvement opportunities while supporting strategic business initiatives. 
Transition & Knowledge Management 
• Lead process transitions, knowledge transfer and stabilization activities for new portfolios. 
• Maintain SOPs, training materials and knowledge repositories, driving process standardization and governance. 
Reporting & Performance Management 
• Develop and analyze reports, dashboards and KPIs to provide actionable business insights. 
• Monitor quote quality, productivity, turnaround time (TAT) and service levels to ensure overall process health, governance 
and continuous performance improvement.

• Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution; Bachelor’s / Master’s in Chemistry or an Environmental 
discipline preferred. 
• 5+ years of experience in Pricing, Proposals, Quoting, Customer Service Operations or a related domain. 
• Proven experience managing complex operational processes and stakeholder interactions. 
• Experience in knowledge transitions, training delivery or SME responsibilities is highly preferred. 
• Exposure to CRM platforms, reporting tools (Advanced Excel / Power BI) and process improvement or automation initiatives is 
an added advantage.
