Industrial Engineer – Teamcenter Easy Plan & Process Development

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of business processes within the Teamcenter Easy Plan environment. The role will focus on analyzing business requirements, streamlining manufacturing engineering processes, supporting tool configuration, resolving system-related challenges, and ensuring successful deployment of process improvements across functions.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, Siemens support teams, regional manufacturing engineering teams, and Global Industrial Engineering teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions for current and future programs.

Process Development & Implementation

• Analyze existing manufacturing and business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop, establish, and streamline business processes and implement them within the Teamcenter Easy Plan environment.
• Design, document, and maintain standardized process workflows and methodologies.
• Develop new methods and process solutions to support evolving business requirements.

Tool Configuration & Support

• Ensure seamless integration between Easy Plan and related business systems and tools.
• Work closely with IT teams and Siemens support teams to investigate and resolve system issues.
• Track, monitor, and drive closure of Easy Plan-related issues and enhancement requests.
• Provide ongoing user and process support for Easy Plan-related activities.

Testing & Validation

• Develop validation strategies and test cases for Easy Plan functionality.
• Perform test planning, execution, defect analysis, and test closure activities.
• Conduct functional and process validation to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

Stakeholder Management

• Gather and analyze requirements from business functions and translate them into system solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives and user expectations.
• Partner with regional Manufacturing Engineering and Global Industrial Engineering teams on process standardization initiatives.

Program Support

• Create and maintain Easy Plan functionality for upcoming vehicle or manufacturing programs.
• Develop implementation plans aligned with program milestones and target dates.
• Support benchmarking and continuous improvement activities for future manufacturing programs.

Documentation

• Maintain comprehensive process documentation, configuration records, test documentation, and implementation reports.
• Ensure all process changes and system updates are properly documented and controlled.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

Experience

• B.E./B.Tech with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; OR
• Diploma with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Process Engineering.

Required Experience

• Experience in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Process Planning.
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
• Experience in process development, process optimization, and business process implementation.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
