Job Description

Associate – GRE Operations realating to Marketing Presentations will play a key role in supporting the Marketing and Investor Relations teams by designing and delivering high‑quality presentations and marketing materials. This role involves creating and maintaining pitchbooks, teasers, biographies, and headshots, while ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines, accuracy, and internal as well as regulatory compliance standards. The position demands strong visual design expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables efficiently in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, format, update & enhance high quality pitchbooks, teasers, Brochures, flyers outlook and marketing presentations in line with established brand guidelines.
• Create, update and maintain professional biographies and headshot layouts for the real estate team.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, investment, and compliance teams to gather, interpret and translate content into effective presentations.
• Ensure all materials adhere to branding standards, internal policies, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Edit, proofread, and quality‑check presentations to ensure consistency, accuracy and strong visual impact
• Manage multiple deliverables simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain version control and document management best practices.
• Incorporate feedback efficiently and implement revisions while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Provide timely support for ad‑hoc marketing and design requests as required

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Marketing Presentations, Graphic Design, or a related role, exposure to financial markets is an added advantage.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with a strong focus on presentation formatting and design.
• Practical experience working with Microsoft word, including Mail merge, Outline numbering, orientation changes (Portrait/landscape), and style updates.
• Solid understanding of brand guidelines and core visual design principles.
• Experience working in a compliance‑driven or regulated environment; financial services experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong quality focused mindset.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage and collaborate with multiple stakeholder.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure while supporting coordination of deliverables and effective follow‑ups.

Technical Competencies :

• Exposure to financial services, investment banking, real estate, or asset management industries.
• Familiarity with corporate style guides, templates, and branding standards.
• Basic understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design principles.
• Experience supporting global or cross-functional teams across different time zones.
