Job Summary
Seeking a Workday Benefit Compensation Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience to deliver functional expertise within the Workday HCM domain
Job Description
Provide deep functional knowledge and expertise in Workday Benefit Compensation modules Collaborate with HR and IT teams to design configure and optimize Workday Benefit Compensation processes Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Workday HCM solutions focused on benefits and compensation Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday configurations Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements related to benefits and compensation Participate in testing validation and documentation of Workday Benefit Compensation functionalities Stay updated with Workday product enhancements and industry best practices to recommend improvements Work closely with stakeholders to identify gaps and provide functional solutions within the Workday HCM ecosystem
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the configuration and maintenance of Workday Benefit Compensation modules
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze requirements related to employee benefits and compensation
Develop and maintain functional design documents test cases and user guides
Support integration and data migration activities related to benefits and compensation
Troubleshoot and resolve Workday Benefit Compensation issues in production and testing environments
Provide training and support to endusers and HR teams on Workday Benefit Compensation functionalities
Participate in Workday upgrades patches and new feature rollouts impacting benefits and compensation
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Workday Benefit Compensation modules through regular audits and validations
