We are seeking an experienced person with relevant expertise in Marketing and Sales portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Marketing and Sales activity through dealer network in Eastern Zone (covering the states of West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odissa, Chhattisgarh and North-East). Based out in Kolkata, the candidate shall be responsible for Sales through dealers. This role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.E/ B.Tech in Ceramic / Engineering.
• Relevant Experience: Must have working experience of 8  to 15 years in Sales and Marketing in Refractory Industry. Having handled dealer networking and sales shall be an added advantage.
• Good communication, analytical, negotiation, and strategic skills. 

 

 

Your role

We are currently looking for a proactive, action-oriented and highly motivated individual to look after sales through dealer network.

Your tasks will include:

• Sales targets: Meeting sales targets for the Eastern Zone. 
• Developing sales: Developing sales through dealers with existing customers and new business development. 
• Building relationships: Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and dealers. 
• Sales analysis: Analyzing sales statistics and trends to develop effective strategies. 
• Sales budgets: Preparing sales budgets and projections. 
• Customer complaints: Handling and resolving customer complaints. 
• Market development: Developing market development activities in the assigned area.
