Associate Lead - Talent Acquisition
• Strong hands-on experience with ATS platforms • Experience in automation tools • Strong analytical skills with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms. • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Own and optimize ATS, CRM, scheduling, assessment, referral, and recruitment technology platforms. • Design and implement workflow automation, RPA, and process improvements across sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and onboarding stages. • Identify, pilot, and scale AI use cases • Ensure Responsible AI adoption through governance, monitoring, explainability, and compliance frameworks. • Manage recruitment technology integrations, data quality, reporting, and analytics dashboardsJob role
