Specialist, Financial Operations

As a Specialist in the Operations team of the Rights and Royalties Department, you'll be instrumental in ensuring operational excellence and strategic direction. Your role involves leading comprehensive analysis of agreements, particularly focusing on High Profile authors and complex terms. Acting as a liaison between the team and senior management, you'll identify adverse agreement clauses and ensure data accuracy. Your ability to foster effective collaboration and drive positive outcomes will be instrumental in shaping the future success of our Contracts Team and the broader rights and royalties  group.
