Summary:
As a Responsible AI Tech Lead, your day involves overseeing the integration of artificial intelligence technologies with a strong emphasis on ethical considerations and responsibility. You will guide the design and deployment of AI solutions that adhere to established ethical standards and regulatory frameworks. Collaboration across various teams is a key part of your role, where you foster a culture of responsible AI adoption and provide leadership to ensure alignment with organizational values and compliance requirements. Your work supports the advancement of AI initiatives while maintaining trust and transparency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Lead initiatives to promote ethical AI practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align AI strategies with organizational goals.
- Mentor junior team members to build awareness and expertise in responsible AI principles.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML), Python (Programming Language), Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong understanding of machine learning model development, evaluation, and deployment processes.
- Experience in designing AI systems that incorporate fairness, transparency, and accountability.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model interpretability techniques.
- Ability to work with cloud platforms and scalable AI infrastructure.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
