What would you do? • Manage end to end banking operations including account opening and maintenance, lending operations, loan servicing, payments processing, customer support, reconciliation, transaction monitoring, and compliance activities. Support transition and mobilization efforts through process documentation, knowledge transfer, governance reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead and support banking operations and transformation initiatives. • Manage mobilization, transition, and governance activities for operations programs. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and drive execution. • Monitor operational performance against service levels and key performance indicators. • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies. • Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives. • Prepare governance reports, dashboards, and executive updates. • Support knowledge transfer, change management, and training activities. • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, organizational policies, and operational standards. • Coordinate with cross functional and global teams to deliver business objectives successfully. • Contribute to operational stability, customer satisfaction, and business growth objectives.
