Summary:
As an Analytics Practitioner, a typical day involves developing valuable business insights through the application of predictive statistical modeling. The role requires utilizing various analytical tools and techniques to enhance decision-making processes by analyzing client data, market trends, and key performance indicators. This position demands a thoughtful approach to interpreting complex data sets and transforming them into actionable strategies that support organizational goals and drive business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within analytics projects.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud Planning.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud Planning.
- Strong capability in data modeling and integration within cloud-based platforms.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable analytics solutions.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform complex data transformations.
- Familiarity with business intelligence concepts and data visualization techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
