Summary:
As a ServiceNow Senior Developer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application releases, ensuring system stability, and adapting features to optimize performance. The engineer collaborates with various teams to align solutions with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across platforms. Utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms, the engineer continuously monitors and enhances the application environment to deliver reliable and efficient service.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal operation.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong understanding of IT service management processes and workflows.
- Experience with configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
- Ability to work with APIs and integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms and tools to streamline application modifications.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within packaged or SaaS applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
