Responsible for payroll review, employee-related accounting, intercompany invoicing, and compliance activities. Ensures accurate financial postings, timely reporting, and support for audits and statutory requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy of earnings, deductions, and GOSI 
• Post payroll and related journal entries with correct GL and cost center allocation 
• Manage employee benefits accounting (medical, insurance, recoveries) 
• Raise and process intercompany and vendor invoices with proper documentation 
• Prepare monthly accruals, provisions, and cost allocation entries 
• Maintain and reconcile prepaid and GOSI schedules 
• Support VAT and WHT requirements, including analysis and reconciliations 
• Assist in internal/external audits by preparing reports and supporting documents 
• Coordinate with HR and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure data accuracy 

• Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 
• 3–5 years of experience in payroll or finance operations 
• Strong knowledge of payroll accounting and financial processes 
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Familiarity with GOSI, VAT, and WHT (preferred) 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
