The professional collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and supports continuous improvement efforts to enhance overall service reliability and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate incident resolution efforts to minimize business impact and ensure timely recovery.
- Mentor junior team members to develop their skills and enhance team capabilities.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of issues and resolutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Incident Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
- Experience with monitoring tools and techniques to detect and track incidents effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple incidents simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to document incident reports and maintain knowledge bases for future reference.
