What would you do? • Lead day to day Seller and Deal Support operations covering sales support, deal coordination, quota administration, case management and reporting. Ensure SLA compliance, operational governance, quality, productivity and team performance.
What are we looking for? • Any Graduation, MBA preferred • 7 to 10 years Sales Operations or Seller and Deal Support experience • Experience leading teams of 15 to 30 resources • Experience supporting Manager and Director stakeholders • Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem solving skills • • Seller and Deal Support operations • Sales support, opportunity management, deal coordination and case management • Quota administration, reporting and operational governance • Incident management, workflow monitoring and issue resolution • Workforce planning, staffing and capacity management
