Legal Manager_Personal Loan-Hardship Assistance Unit_Coimbatore
- Responsible for managing legal aspects related to personal loan hardship assistance. - Oversee compliance and regulatory requirements within the legal framework. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure legal risk mitigation in loan hardship cases. - Provide legal advice and support to the Hardship Assistance Unit. - Handle documentation and legal processes related to personal loan recovery and assistance. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to legal policies and procedures. - Monitor changes in laws and regulations impacting personal loan services. - Support dispute resolution and legal negotiations as required. - Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive legal matters. - Ensure timely and accurate reporting of legal issues within the department.Job role
