About Position As a Lead Technology Analyst specializing in SAP Data Migration, you will act as a bridge between strategic design and hands-on execution. This role is part of the Digital function and is responsible for the day to day management of Airbus Commercial Platform and data migration Scope under ERP for Commercial in Digital ERP CoE You will lead specific work packages, guide junior analysts, and take ownership of complex data extraction, transformation, and data quality analysis processes. You will leverage strong expertise in SAP Business Objects Data Services (BODS) and SNP Kyano Crystalbridge tools to drive migrations from various legacy ERPs to the new central S/4HANA ERP system. Working in an international, distributed, and multi-functional team within an Agile (SCRUM) framework, you will ensure high performance, global consistency, and alignment with overarching business needs. Qualifications & Requirements ● Education: Graduate in an area such as Information Technology, Applied Mathematics, or Engineering. ● Experience: 8 to 11 years of progressive experience in Data Migration and S/4HANA transformation projects. ● Core Tools: Deep, hands-on expertise in SAP BODS and proven experience with the SNP Kyano Crystalbridge tool. ● Data Quality: Strong working knowledge of SAP Information Steward for executing and monitoring data quality. ● Migration Methodologies: Proven proficiency in S/4HANA data loading methodologies, specifically SAP DMC, BAPI, and IDoc. ● Architecture & Databases: Solid understanding of data processes, SAP landscape technical architecture, and database technologies (e.g., SQL, SAP BW, SAP HANA). Good understanding of HANA and SLT landscapes. ● Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and logical reasoning skills. ● Agile Mindset: Demonstrated working experience in Scrum Computing and Agile environments. ● Leadership & Collaboration: Team player with a collaborative mindset, capable of mentoring junior team members while working autonomously. ● Communication: Excellent stakeholder management skills with the adaptive communication required to engage diverse audiences, translate business needs into technical rules, and drive customer requirements. ● Attributes: Learning agility, curiosity, creativity, independence of mind, and an innovative "out of the box" mindset. Key Responsibilities ● Work Package Leadership: Lead specific data migration work packages within S/4HANA transformation projects, defining the best match between business needs and existing solutions. ● Design & Development: Design, develop, and maintain complex data migration developments utilizing SAP BODS and the SNP Kyano Move tool. ● Data Quality Management: Design, develop, and maintain rules and developments within SAP Information Steward. ● Platform Administration: Oversee platform administration to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of the data migration platform. ● Validation & Logic: Develop HANA queries for advanced data validation and logical developments. ● Best Practices: Define, suggest, and enforce SAP best practices and Golden Rules for enterprise data management. ● Architecture Alignment: Understand data business processes and the technical architecture of the SAP landscape to ensure developments align with the transverse global strategy. ● Customer Centricity: Maintain a high focus on customer satisfaction and short time-to-market for data deliverables. Success Metrics Success in this role will be measured across a variety of areas, including but not limited to: ● Ensuring the high performance and stability of the data migration platform. ● Consistently achieving on-time delivery and high quality (first-time-right) of assigned data migration work packages. ● Successfully translating complex business requirements into scalable, innovative, and cost-effective technical solutions. ● High levels of stakeholder and customer satisfaction. ● Effective mentorship of team members and creating a positive impact while acting with integrity.
