ROLE SUMMARY
The role involves overseeing and managing the recovery and continuity of operations within a specific geographic. He will be responsible for managing a team of Area recovery managers, developing and implementing effective recovery strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

ORGANIZATIONAL CHART
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Portfolio Management | Develop and implement effective recovery strategies to minimize losses and maximize recoveries, in line with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. |
Continuously review and improve recovery processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and cost reductions | |
Oversee a portfolio of business loans, identifying potential risks and opportunities for recovery, and developing targeted recovery plans. | |
Stakeholder Management | Engage with internal stakeholders, including sales, and risk teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication. |
Interact with customers to negotiate repayment plans, settlements, and other recovery-related activities. | |
Compliance Management | Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and industry standards. |
Data Management | Provide regular reports and analysis on recovery performance, including metrics such as recovery rates, days to recover, and loss given default. |
